INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup SOW chia oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Fresh or dried herbs
- Peppercorns
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all the ingredients in a jar and leave to rest for at least five days.
- Strain and place in a bottle as dressing or for cooking.
- If you prefer a more intense flavor leave the herbs and garlic in.
