CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE WITH CHIA


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (or fresh)
  • 1 medium ripe banana (or 1 cup sliced frozen banana)
  • 1 cup Seeds of Wellness Chia Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. organic chocolate syrup
  • 1 scoop plant protein powder like pea or whey protein powder (dairy)
  • Mint leaves or a whole strawberry sliced lengthwise 3/4 way up the middle and hung on the edge of the glass (garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the chia milk, strawberries, banana, protein powder, and chocolate syrup to the blender. Blend well until smooth.
  2. Adjust consistency by adding more frozen fruit, ice, or chocolate chia milk.
  3. Garnish glass with fresh mint leaves or a sliced fresh strawberry.
