Steep black tea bag in the chia milk for 1-2 minutes. Remove the tea bag.
Add heated milk and add honey, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, cardamom, clove and black pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend on high for 10 seconds. If you would like to make it frothy, blend on low a further 5 seconds.
Pour into a mug or drinking vessel of your choice and garnish with star anise and a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional).
